Simple RackForms Install Guide

Before you install RackForms, please read and understand the End User License Agreement.

The fastest way to install will be to check out the video below. In the video we cover installation to an external and local web server. We also have a very thorough installation guide available here. The simple version, however, is:

1. Upload the rackforms.zip file to your web server, when done uploading unzip this file.
2. Create a database and database user for RackForms.
3. Navigate to the RackForms install.php file, fill in the requested fields for our database and RackForms user and submit.
4. Rename or remove the install.php file.
5. Log in to RackForms.
